How to Book Your Dental Appointment Online
Booking your dental appointment online is a quick and convenient way to ensure you get the care you need. Follow this step-by-step guide to secure your spot:
1. Find a Convenient Time
Visit Our Booking Portal: Go to our online appointment scheduling page.
Select Date and Time: Use the calendar tool to find a date that works for you. Our system displays available slots in real-time, making it easy to pick a time that fits your schedule.
2. Choose Your Patient Status
New or Existing Patient: When booking, you’ll need to select whether you are a new or existing patient.
New Patients: If this is your first visit, choose the “New Patient” option. You’ll be guided through the initial registration process.
Existing Patients: If you’ve visited us before, select “Existing Patient” and log in with your credentials.
3. Select Your Dentist
Preferred Dentist: We recommend booking an appointment with your usual dentist for continuity of care. To choose your regular dentist, simply select their name from the list.
Alternative Dentists: If your usual dentist’s schedule doesn’t align with yours, feel free to choose another dentist. All our dentists are highly qualified, but they may have different areas of expertise. You can view their profiles and select one who fits your needs and schedule.
4. Consider Areas of Expertise
Different treatments: Each dentist may offer different areas of expertise, such as cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, or general care. If you have specific dental needs, review the dentist profiles to find someone with the right area of interest.
5. Booking Confirmation
Review Details: Double-check your appointment details, including the date, time, and dentist.
Submit Request: Confirm your appointment by following the prompts. You will receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details.
6. Need an Emergency Slot or Can’t Find a Suitable Time?
Contact Us: If you cannot find a suitable time slot or require an urgent appointment, please give us a call. Our team is available to assist you with scheduling, including emergency appointments.
